Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
- There are no refunds unless the product is damaged or defective and we do not have the item in stock to replace. In the event a product is damaged or defective please contact email@example.com for a replacement. As long as the product is in stock we will send this out within 3 business days. In the even the item is not in stock you may choose to receive a refund or wait until the item returns to stock.
- If you need to exchange a product due to damage or it being defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send out a replacement within 3 business days.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only prior to processing. Please email email@example.com for cancellations. Any orders that have been processed or shipped are not available to cancellation.
